You must be the appropriate age limit to enter the venue:
25 + males
21 + females
Valid government-issued photo ID
We suggest making reservations for any party over 6 people.
Guests may bring in a cake before 10pm that is a 8" round or smaller.
dress code
Upscale, stylish attire is required on both Fridays and Saturdays.
The following are not permitted:
Saggy pants
Joggers, snapbacks, or athletic headwear
Flip flops nor UGGS shoes
Athletic wear
White tee shirts
Oversized shirts
*Admittance to 4th is at the discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed.
